First Attempt at a Podcast

For my podcast, I gave all my students a survey on the use of technology in the home. My three classes are very different. All but one of my Calculus students had internet access at home, but all of them have a cell phone. My Math Tech 2 and Math Tech 1 students varied in their responses. Some of them had internet access at home, but not all. Most of them had a cell phone. Many of them liked playing video games at home. The Tech students rarely use the computer at home for school work. Most of my Calculus students used their home computer for school use on a regular basis. As you will hear in the podcast, Joanne is the only Calculus student that does not have the internet at home. She goes to the public library to use the internet, but does so for her enjoyment, not for schoolwork.

The podcast did not turn out as I would like. My editing skills are not the best, but I found Audacity easy to use. I wanted to say more, but felt nervous recording my voice. Please excuse any grammatical errors due to not being used to recording my voice. I had trouble loading the MP3 file on my blog, so here is the website to find my podcast: http://lisaarcher.podbean.com/
Enjoy!
